I can personalise your new 20oz tumbler with your name on just like image.  This must be ordered when ordering a tumbler. 
I will send you back an image of what the tumbler will look like and when you confirm all is good, I will go ahead and press your tumbler. 
There is No refunds for personalised items once they have been confirmed.
